I have installed the software and using it, Its working fine. Easy to setup and no need for admin Computer.
It department add software to image, and user just select her department, and all done Automatic.
Save me a lot of time in future.

I have found fully Automatic configuration Tool, and installed and tested.
Its working great. No configuration have to be done on Computer

In our contact center we use old sw from earlier system.
Where i have scripts that run in the evening, to logout agents that forget to logout.
I have made an application, that Supervisor start and able to logout agent entering the PosiD og agents phoneset.
Avaya even have a webservice...

I have found sw, where it assign TNs to users when they login. I can use this sw in our contact center, then i sawe 90% administration time. Wow

Anyone know where i can get Automatic configuration Tool / application, that configure i2050 Softphones on Computer, assign a avalible TN. A lot of administration when every user have to be configures, and keep track of TNs not used.

Anyone know where to get CTIpop applications to be used at AACC6.x AML and CS1000 setup. For Inbound calls, where pop with entered information from IVR.
And would be nice if flexible, to be developed into our CRM system.
We use Avaya i2050, and Avaya Desktop ( AAAD 6.4 )
