what happens when it is unresponsive? does it ring busy, or ring at all? have you checked the channels on your voicemail or on the media card? could be just filling up due to demand..- WANman94

trouble sending fax outside
CS1000 Avaya 7.5 release,on an IP flex service. when users try to send faxes out the fax machine on the outside will answer and give one beep (initiating the handshake), then immediately disconnect the call. the timer on my phone shows this call disconnect, like their fax machine is choosing to...- WANman94
