I have a customer that has two remote phone currently running on the WAN and they are adding a VPN at their site. I "think" that as long as the IP address scheme remains the same, I will not have to make any changes to the system or phones. Can anyone confirm this for me?

My customer states that intermittently, calls coming in show CONF on display and they are unable to answer the call, just dead air. I'm thinking an issue with the carrier, however, what would cause the call to come in as CONF??

Customer on a 7400- one of the DIDs is setup direct to her extension, that rings in fine. When the Fwd NA occurs, the system says "transferring to x3250 please hold".
How do we get rid of the system message and have the caller go right...
