Thank you bazak Yes, that looks like the way to go, but the customer doesn't want the codes changed; they just want to prevent certain users from accessing Page. They want other users. Even if they know the code or find the new code, they won't be able to Page from their phones. Thank you. again.

If you have incoming calls ringing at (lest say group 601) go to group overflow and set it to go to the VM pilot number and set the time to 20 sec.

Pick up the phone and dial *713 and 2 digit for the amount of seconds. It should come for 15 sec in default. If you set it for more than 45 sec it may conflict with other timers.

Thanks obtsystems. it is showing INS , Polycom's IP address but all I have on the Polycom is dialtone . There is no communication to other extensions nor receive calls.

Check for call pick up group to see if the two exts involved belongs to the same or different groups.
