I have been given a solution from our supplier. Had to update the DLC16 firmware which did not come with the new Version 8 PMMPR firmware.

I have just installed 3 KX-DT521 on a TDE100. Whilst they can call out the display shows all zeros and the intercom light is permanently on. I have upgraded the system to version 8 but still have the same problem.
