Ah, that did it. They were forwarded to the old NAM DN. Took me a few minutes to find the setting, but I've changed that and got it working for my set, so we should be good! Just need to hand this off to the office manager to do all the programming for everyone else! Thanks again, appreciated!
I guess I spoke to soon. I've got mailboxes setup, but when you call the number it just rings. Never goes to message. Any ideas? heading home now, so It'll be Monday before I get a chance to poke at it again.
Box arrived, I've got it running and configured. Working on setting up mailboxes now! Thanks for all the help guys, really really appreciate it. Was nice to be able to get running on a tight budget!
I was just reading the manual, it says I need to release the feature codes from our system before installing the Flash. I assume I need to do that first? The box should be arriving in a few hours.
Thanks for the tip on Ebay, I assume this should work?

It says 2ch, does the expansion card make it 4? We can get by with 24 mailboxes for now though...
Do I need to worry about getting a fibre or copper connection? Our current system has 2 2 wire RJ11 connectors. Can I just plug it in and then do the setup through a handset? If so I might just buy this used...
Hi Atcom, The NAM is not going to work, as it is Fibre and he couldn't get the copper card to work with it. I've been talking to another guy, but not sure he has an option for me, so I may give you a call tomorrow if you have something that will work. Does this forum have a PM system for...
OK, thanks. I've found a new in box NAM v3 in town, and the seller has offered to configure it. This seams the cheapest and easiest exit for me. Fingers crossed it works. If not I'll look into a Flash 4 if it is compatible.
Can I just plug a Flash 4 into our existing setup and configure mailboxes through a handset, or do I need to configure the box to work with our setup first?
I just noticed you are in Calgary, as are we. Wondering if you have a Startalk Flash for a decent price. Looking at the manuals, it seams I can plug it in, then do all the configuration through the phone, is that correct?
Need some help here as I am not a phone guy, and we don't have much money to spend on this. The hard drive in our NAM V2.1 has died. I'd like to get this running as cheap as possible, from what I have found, getting a new hard drive is a long shot... I may have found a new 4.1 version in...
