Thank you for the reply - unfortunately the phone doesn't have a dn yet. What I have is a bare wire that I know is one of the several hundred plugged into the switch, a request to have a phone on that wire and a phone. I know how to figure out the tn from the dn (or vice versa) and how to add a...- ITphone12
