Your answer made me think - I realized I never associated the type of phone - I had to use AISTL and set the phone to a dterm IP - DONE. Thanks- CBuryMatt

I programmed the LEN to use an extension. I programmed the mac to be associated with the LEN. When I boot the phone, it comes up asking for a login and password. The login name is supposed to be the LEN, but I have no idea what the password is. I assume it is programmed in the PBX somewhere...- CBuryMatt
