Thanks for the quick reply. My problem after the log 102XXXX it asks for a password on top of the log. This is where I'm running into problems. I've been assigned the task to change a few things with the nortel phone system at my office. when I enter Feature 983 it asks for a log - I enter 102000 then it asks for a password I don't know the password...
