A couple of folders need to be excluded from the client side, but there doesn't seem to an option. Likely this has to be done at the web console. Any ideas?
Thank you. It sounds like it needs to be confirmed with whoever manages the Cisco Unity/Call Manager if TFTP is active, enabled. And does the TFTP server needs or does it even have the actual phone OS version?
Thanks. Will the phone factory reset require a TFTP server to load itself back in? I do recall this being the case a few years ago - things might have changed - when the phone came backup.
