Curlycord it is a nursing home all residents have their own DID, they have a block of 100 DID's. System went down on 1/23,

I login to one of the other sites that is not going down and the test log had 50 all 310's. Do you know what EVT 904 is, I can't find anything on that EVT.
The comb cards were in when the system went down. I added the cable after that. Spectrum is coming out today or Monday to do some testing on the circuit.
Libellis, yes I login every day.
1/23 Last time system went down and I added the long T1 cable

Received this in an email today from Spectrum engineer
As far as the settings for the clocking.

line-code: B8ZS
clock-master: CLOCK_MASTER_ON (We are providing clocking)
Curlycord thanks for the information your input is greatly appreciated. I remember back in 2003 or 2004 we did two systems in one week. One worked great the other one we could call in but not out. After hours of testing we found out the NVRAM was a rel 01 not 02. If the system goes down again I...
I have a question when I turned the CSU off and the system went down as it's been (time and date, buttons don't work, and no intercom dial tone) would that make you think it's the circuit? If just making a change to the PRI settings would that cause the system to lock up?
Libellis & curlycord thanks a lot for your input this is the only place I can get information on Nortel. I have two combo cards in the system, I tried turning the CSU off but when I do the system goes down within 10 minutes. I confirmed with spectrum's engineer that the PRI settings are NI2...
Still having trouble with system going down. I did find ASM bad that was causing the 247 codes. System down all lights on the DTI card or flashing. Rebooted turn the CSU off and within 20 minutes system went down. Rebooted now I have the green light and the amber light on the DTI card showing...
Here's how the day went.

I just received the MICS and noticed it was made in Mexico. I've never used one made from Mexico always made in Canada. Are these cabinets good to use?
Thanks curlycord, I didn't see your post before I sent the last one. Yes I have a XC7.1 but didn't want to use it not knowing what's the issue is. The combo is in slot 2.
Thanks libellis, attached is the programing sheet I've used for years to program PRI. Does everything look good to you?https://files.engineering.com/getfile.aspx?folder=9a65abb5-8ce9-495b-ade7-f324fb240060&file=Nortel_PRI_programming_guide.pdf
I appreciate the input but I've decided to go ahead and replace the system and program from scratch. I've been working on the other system since October with no results. If the replacement system doesn't work I can always return it, with only the PRI code expense.
