Hello, sir, Thank you for your reply. PBX system has no LAN PORT/ the only connection to the PBX is through the serial port which connected to LBU of the interface card to the PC that has Hipath 4000 software. Sir, can anyone help me regarding my problem above - I was not able to access the serial command line using the above. I have upload the screen shot picture. the serial is connected to HICOM 372 DLU port. would you be able to give some tips how to enable again the serial port?- jletracion
