so how do I know what trunks my PHTM's (500's) are using to dial out of my CS 1000?"
If you dial 9 to get out more than likely you are using COT's (PSTN) to go out. You can TRAC set in LD 80 TRAC <cust> <DN> This will tell you what route your DFCW is going out on. You have to be careful with...
DN 7569 0 MARP
FTR DCFW 16 916105763875
CFTD
Ok, your using CLID list 0, since you are dialing "9" for your ACOD I assume you are going out a COT. and CTFD call forward by call type is denied.
PRT CLID in LD 21 and post. You will probably need to create and chg list for x7569.
underwoj- Your problem sound as if it could be a CLID issue. You will need to know which route your forwarding phone (DCFW) is taking. You say it is forwarding offsite, so I assume it is a COT or TIE. In any event you will need to check how the route is handling the CLID data. Also in your CLS...
Can you go to LD 21 and prt CLID? I believe the problem might be there.
Also in LD 21 prt RDB for your SIP trunks and check the CLEN data for those routes.
Post those so that we can see how they are programed.
One more thing...If these are SIP TIE trunks then you can try Flexible CLID...
Let me see here.. shouldn't CFTA be set in CLS for the set to forward externally via the CFW button? Just a thought. Also, if you have access to the MDF "you" can CFW the sets from the TN yourself. (if there isn't that many)
