Hi Snowman50, thanks for your reply. I have restarted the system many times. It doesn't show any licences. I didn't have any backup also. Please help me to get the license codes. Also I have attached the system serial number to this thread...- mravi99

Nortel BCM Keycode generation
I recently performed what I thought was a Level 1 reset on my BCM50 to reset the system to defaults whilst keeping keycodes, as I was unable to log in to Element Manager for configuration due to not having the password.
