    Simphony, cannot reload database from behind firewall

    So if I move the server outside the firewall, reloading the DB works fine. From inside the firewall the following error pops, after a surprisingly long time. Looking for anything obvious I'm missing. Haven't even been able to find a reference to this error from oracle.

    When we started checks under res3700, when the server hit the order type it would call "Phone Number, Last name, First Name, Time" etc. We have different buttons for different orders. We are setting this up in Simphony, but when it calls those items, the reference entry blocks you from seeing...
