Hi LukasG did you check with lan cable because i have faced same problem in my site replace ur lan cable& check again ,if an agent is in autoin mode & suddendly avaya gets reeboooted ,user still will be in auto in oly he will gets the calls & it will drop u can monitor it in CMS so kindly...

In the IP phone 9620l when i try to assing the ip adress, call server adress, mask, after assining and restarted it shows DHCP 0,1,2,3,4,6 SECONDS GOES ON ,
Again when i check it does not accepting the ip adress everything is 0. 0 .0. 0 kindly help me to trouble shoot this ......

we have a avaya id's aroung 650 numbers ,and created around 20 login id now ,since am new to thw nice , i dont have a idea to add it in the nice ,
pls guide or suggest me how to add a login id in nice application server and need to monitor it.
