I'm trying to figure out what my coworker did that has made it where my job codes for our Bartenders are requiring them to save or close a tab before opening a new one. It is saying "You must first close or save the current tab," what option is enforcing this rule?
Problem is we have anywhere between 150 - 200 beers. I have them split among 5 mod groups, this is strictly to do a 5oz pour. The items were initially setup with an item price of say $5 and with a 5oz pour it is discounted to $2. Now due to the fact the original PLU's price is $5 I must set a...
Yes, sorry I meant they are all 0's. We use a combination of price changes, price levels and button pricing. For this purpose we are testing out a new menu idea for one location, out of 29 locations. We would build the modifier group and place the PLUs and then reprice then depending on their...
I am currently trying to figure where in Aloha, the folder/database, the item price can be found for when you set a button price for a PLU in a modifier group.
I am creating a duplicate menu of our draftsub- menus for a custom flight modifier group and I was looking for an easy way to do so without having to recreate everything.
So I'm working with CFC currently and trying to make use of the submenu indexing for Aloha modifier groups. Basically I want a modifier group to pull all the items from different submenus. Now the thing is, I got it working, but only in the sense it works for one group but applies the same...
You're a life saver, it is indeed under jobcodes. A heads up for anyone else to make sure you have that (Allow Item Lookup) and Allow Add Item enabled to look up an item and to add that item onto the check.
Ross, is the Item Lookup feature still a thing with CFC? For the life of me I can't find how to enable it. I have a button on a panel for Item Lookup, in Store Settings I have the correct category selected for item lookup to refer to. However, whenever I click the button it does nothing. I do...
Found it, thanks... That is an interesting way to go about. However, they would need to change just about everything to make it work. Though I would love to make this work.
Ross, I like your idea, but not entirely sure how to setup a PLU as a lookup function within CFC or even setting up BIN entries. Could you enlighten me a bit there, thanks.
On the other hand that's pretty similar to amount of beers and bottles this company has, would you be willing to tell me how you broke that down? I've been trying to come up with one myself as well. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.
That's the way they have it now, I was just looking for a way for the employee to go through the menu quicker and in a more concise manner. That and all the other locations have different setups, so I'm trying to standardize everything as well.
This is not so much an issue as I am trying to find a work around for a restaurant that I'm setting up their menus for. Just to give an idea, they about 200~ draft beers and 140~ bottled beers and a complete menu with lots of options as well. I'm in the processing of figuring out how to organize...
