Have a client that has a nortel system. the issue is that when they call certain numbers, if no one picks up, the call bounce back to the AA. Thing to mention is that this happens when they call the direct number, not the extension. Any suggestions? Thanks
tried the monitor, dont see any DSP Core X failures, but i see some errors in red:
