High pings to router
Have you verified the interface on the router is negotiating properly. Can you ping from the router to any other device and check those ping times. -

I have 5 sub interface vlans and a 100 meg internet that I want to allow each subnet or sub interface 20 meg of bandwidth, but allow them to burst to 50 meg if available. What is the best way to configure this. I am running 15.x k9 IOS.
