    Hunt Group only rings at first DN

    Thanks snowman50. I had set it to timeout after 12 rings and it did work, but even that could stop being useful if I have more than 3 DNs in the hunt group, so I've turned it off!

    Hunt Group only rings at first DN

    I'm trying to setup custom call routing to a hunt group containing 3 DNs, but it only rings at the first DN. If the first DN is busy, it goes back to the menu rather than going down the line to the next DN. Any ideas?
