I have a customer running 9.1.5 and everything works fine apart from the hotkeys have no effect no matter what keys we try, this appears to be isolated to one user, call assistant has been uninstalled and reinstalled, any tips?

Please let me know if it is possible to run a script to shutdown remotely an Avaya IP 500 V2.
We are trying to implement this safety measure, in case the power goes down outside working hours, and we want the telephony system to shutdown gracefully.
Anyone had the following error on System Status;
'More data requested than can be displayed without overloading control unit and client'
This happens when trying to see Configuration Alarms on a number of units, some only have 1 alarm.

Hi Guys,
I have a IPO V2 on 9.1.5 and have deleted 2 directory entries but they are still showing on the handsets, directory is centralised on another system, no personal entries, have given them level 2 system rights for them to delete themselves but the entries remain there.
Any help in this...
