    Exporting IP Office Root Certificate

I finally got it to register by TLS by turning Verify Server off on the B179 SIP settings. Why is the B179 not recognizing the certificate as valid?

    Exporting IP Office Root Certificate

I tried that but I think I'm still missing something. I went to Security Settings -> System -> Certificates. Only way I could see to export the Identity Certificate was to view it then export to file. I chose the default DER encoded binary x.509 cer file and saved it as "avaya.cer". The...

Voicemails not saving after migrating from VMPro on Windows (R9) to Linux App Server (R10.1)

Thanks derfloh for your help, I was just updating this thread with our resolution which was just starting over with a clean install. The vendor we hired just didn't know what they were doing and I think did in fact screw up the permissions.

Voicemails not saving after migrating from VMPro on Windows (R9) to Linux App Server (R10.1)

We actually just ended up rebuilding the new application server, this time just backing up the Windows VMPro database/config and importing it into the new application server. The vendor initially told me you couldn't just backup and restore to the new server. I think the Avaya tech didddled...

    Exporting IP Office Root Certificate

I've recently upgraded to 10.1 and we have two B179 phones that stopped registering due to SSL/TLS errors. I can switch SIP back to TCP and it works. I have read Avaya's Technical Bulletin 175 that says you have to manually upload the IPOffice certificate to the B179s via the web interface...

Voicemails not saving after migrating from VMPro on Windows (R9) to Linux App Server (R10.1)

I had our Avaya vendor upgrade us from R9 to R10.1 and at the same time migrate us to the Avaya Application server from our original WIndows server because I thought it would be better than trying it myself. They have screwed it up. I can see my old voicemails in my mailbox and when someone...

Setting up a MLT trunk between a stack and an edge swtich

I am wanting to create a MLT trunk that uses two private fiber runs between our main building and another building. We have a stack of two 4850GTS-PWR+ switches that I will be using a fiber port each on, and they will both terminate to a single 3549-PWR+ in the second building. I think I've...

Voicemail to Email not working for email distribution groups

We are running IPO 9.0.4 with VMPro and utilize Exchange Online via Office365. Voicemail to email works for individual users (myself included), but I went to add a hunt group and I added an email distribution group for the email field and selected copy for the message, but they are not coming...

Viewing Data Source Information for an old SSRS Report

I have an SSRS implementation that was set up way before my time with this company with a couple of reports. I am trying to find the underlying data source information for these reports but I can't seem to figure out how to edit/view the details of the data sources the reports are using. I can...

One-X Mobile Issues with no audio and voicemail playback

In your opinion would we be better off just using the Avaya appliance if we have a VMWare infrastructure since it is already preconfigured? I was reluctant at first just because I don't have linux experience, but it seems like configuration-wise it will be a lot simpler.

One-X Mobile Issues with no audio and voicemail playback

I'm still waiting to test your suggestion. Our vendor tried applying SP6 to One-X now the One-X service won't even start. I've been waiting a week for them to open a service call with Avaya.

One-X Mobile Issues with no audio and voicemail playback

I wrongly posted that our audio issues were fixed, they are not. I was still connected to our internal wifi when I made the test call earlier. Are there any IPO configuration settings that could prevent audio externally? As I mentioned before, I am doing a straight one-to-one NAT to each of...

One-X Mobile Issues with no audio and voicemail playback

It seems we have the no audio issues finally resolved. It was an issue with the 5.2.0 firmware for the Fortigate firewall. After upgrading to 5.2.3 everything worked. However, One-X mobile voicemail access is still not working. We just get a "no voicemail folders" message where the...

One-X Mobile Issues with no audio and voicemail playback

So, I've read many posts on here about audio issues with One-X and still haven't found a solution for our issue. Our phone vendor also can't figure out the problem. Our issue is that we can use the One-X mobile app to connect and make telephone calls on our internal network, although voicemail...
