    Message: 'Outlook Express Folder Sync Window Class'!

    Recently, for no apparent reason, I have got a prompt box coming up with the title as above when I try to restart or shut down - Why?? I pretty much know it's going to happen as during the session before I close up, the PC runs very slow. Would love to get rid of it. Any ideas? Respect to you all.
