I found the number being dialed (in Element Manger)under "Emergency Services-Access Numbers and Routing".
I have removed the "Default Calling Number", but when we initiate the emergency call sequence we still hear ringing.
On our Cs1000 ver 7.6, we have an emergency system setup, so that when an employee punches in a certain 3 digits, a specific route opens, they can speak their emergency, it is then played over the PA system. After their message, an external number is dialed, which is our security gate.

I have a CS1000, and I need to give an a Manager a direct line. I have en external number (DID PRI), I need to map it to her internal extension number.
I am not sure of the commands to perform that action, any help would be appreciated.
