Thanks everyone for all of the input. I know very little about Nortel. I don't know how to look at the software card in the system. I started to open slot 1 on the system, but wasn't sure if it was just a door, or if it is in fact the card itself. I didn't want to take down the system as this is...- Leviha

I am trying to add an extension to a Compact ICS phone system. This system has always had fewer than 9 phones. They have 7 handsets and voice mail hooked up to port 8.
