I have 7 phones in 1 queue 6 are fine 1 of the phones when answering a call does not count the calls, stays at 0 in answered by day and hour in the
reports-queue report-realtime all the other info is fine

I,m using rls.3.1 client software to install rcc. but the mysql program is to old for windows 7 and it will not run. you can not turn it on from the pc
Has anyone installed rcc 3.1 on windows 7? can I use an newer rls of mysql? The callpilot 150 is 3.1
