Well hey OBT - that's a worthless response, but thanks AA picks up line. Line key is red. We try to intercept call AA keeps going, then repeats if no selection is made. Is there any way to set up AA to not repeat or to drop out once we select the CO?

I can pick up the line - it's just that the attendant keeps going. So it is impossible to have a conversation with the voice mail yabbering away. I want the attendant to stop and drop out of the call like every other answering machine in the world does

We have a KX-TA824 with a KX-TVA50. We are a small office and sometimes get stuck on a call while another line is ringing. If we get off that call and pick up the line after the attendant has taking the call - it won't stop. It goes thru the entire menu, then will start again if no selections...
