    Hi Andy, Thanks for reply. Sorry about formatting! It was fine until I submitted the post??? Change in Name (A), No (B) and Date (C) should result in new line. Each row should contain the times for each person PER DAY with possibility of up to 8 times on record. Hope this makes sense?
