    NS700 "Operation Failed"

That is not the subnet that the system is on but I think i get your point. I don't think the system is giving out DHCP though.

    NS700 "Operation Failed"

Hi All, A customer has an NS700 and the support contact is being very unhelpful. Whenever i try to make a change, to a phone number, name, speed dial, fwd, pretty much anything i've tried, I get "Operation Failed". This is just applying the change on the web interface before I save the config...

    Upgrade BIN for expansion module

Thanks everyone. Downgrading the 406 to 3.0 and setting the expansion modules to 5.0 sorted the problem. :)

    Upgrade BIN for expansion module

Hi All, Here is my situation. A customers' phone system has failed, it is an IP 400 (old i know). It was connected to an analogue and a digital expansion unit. The closest system i had to this one was a 406, so that has gone in in it's place. The system works but the phones connected to the...

    ISDN, SIP and ARS

This isn't so much of a problem, more a curiosity. We have a dual line setup with ISDN and SIP. We have ARS handle the dial short codes, basically anything that has 00 at the beginning (i.e international) gets sent over the SIP trunk as it's cheaper. Everything else goes over ISDN. Here's...

    9.1, One-X, SoftPhones, PhoneManager, etc.

Yes system status is a great application for administration and diagnostics. It's not a good application for the receptionist to use. Especially as there is a connection limit and if too many receptionists use it, then I cannot connect to it! Call status was a great little app that they could...

    9.1, One-X, SoftPhones, PhoneManager, etc.

Yeah that's what we're using at the moment but it's far from ideal. That's the only solution? Also does anyone know where I can browse some gadgets for onex portal?

    9.1, One-X, SoftPhones, PhoneManager, etc.

So I've got Communicator, One-X Portal and SoftConsole up and running. The only thing I haven't seen a replacement for is CallStatus. Our receptionist found it handy to see active calls. Is there perhaps a Gadget for One-X Portal that could do this? Speaking of gadgets, when can I find a...

    9.1, One-X, SoftPhones, PhoneManager, etc.

I've got it going. It was just a case of getting the settings right in the Communicator. We're waiting on more licenses from our supplier to get more people connected. Thanks.

    9.1, One-X, SoftPhones, PhoneManager, etc.

Right.. I have some certifications but they are from a while ago. We have a reseller who is a partner but they are not being much help. I'm trying to get educated but the material isn't clear, hence my posting here. I was hoping for just a little bit more help. Just a basic breakdown would...

    9.1, One-X, SoftPhones, PhoneManager, etc.

Hi All, So we've finally upgraded to 9.1. We should have planned ahead! Our softphones, callstatus, phonemanager have all stopped working. I have installed the One-X portal, that seems to work well as a phone manager. I'm having trouble with softphones though. I've tried Communicator...

    Outgoing number display.

The number has already been ported to the ISDN. Gamma have finally pulled their finger out and determined that they didn't enable the service. :( Should be working shortly. I just needed to confirm I wasn't missing anything on the IP Office. Thanks for all your help.
