    The phone is not forwarded. Curlycord, I am checking if it goes directly into Vmail. The site is in Vegas so I won't have that info for another hour.

    Any calls made to the phone go directly to another extension.

    Having an issue with calls going to extension 3019 that are not ringing the physical phone. They are going to another phone and goes to the GD Mbox Voicemail (ext 3000). Checked that call forward is not on, DND is not on
