GNAV pro real time view issue
Hello, I am having an issue with GNAV pro real time view. An agent appears on the desktop as ready mode however the agent is on a call from the ACD queue. The refresh rate is set to default (5). This issue is system wide with various agents. Gnav pro ver. 8.0.244 Any ideas would be helpful.- gsxrguy2002
