Hi Mike, We purchased the NBX 100 in 1999\2000 then upgraded to v5000 in 2002. Cisco and Alcatel didn't really work well at that point. People said I was crazy to go with VoIP and 3Com. My Telco (Lightpath) is saying some of our 1-800 number are not going through because were are missing National Provider Identifier NPI or Nature of Number Indicator NNI.
