Mitel Phone power but on display or dial tone.
I no expert on the switch (HP) so don't no what to look for? Or commands to run to look for this. I do know that the phone are on there own vlan so would the broadcast storms effect or not effect the pc that are plug into the phones and a different vlan or not bacause the pc will still be up and...- Supdup

We tried this on a dozen phone and here what we get. unplug the phone power goes out wait 30 sec. plug it back up and phone will either come on and nothing else happen no boot screen nothing or the phone comes on and sit at the mitel boot screen.- Supdup

I wanted to see if anyone else has had this happen. For about 2 week the Mitel phones when we come into the office are not working. All the VoIP phone(5330) have power because the display is lit but it is blank. There is no dial tone and the pc that connected to the ip phone work and can...- Supdup
