BackUp Exec Jobs not Terminating
I have an internal LTO4 drive. When running a basic server backup job, the data seems to be copied to the tape, the tape ejects, but the job never terminates. I have called Symantec support twice, but I can barely understand through the thick accents and I do not believe they completely...- dlm555

PhoneManager not displaying group member statuses
I have installed PhoneManager in Windows 7 Ultimate (VMWare Fusion Virtual Machine on an iMac). PhoneManager starts as PhoneManager Pro. I am able to double-click group members to call, but their statuses (on the phone, DND, VoiceMail) do not appear. Also, after 5-10 minutes, the 'Pro'...- dlm555
