So stupid question here... I added a member to a dial intercom group, and when they call, it only shows the number, not the name...
How can I set the name to be displayed for a dial intercom group member?
So I did a traceSM on session manager, and it appears that the CS1K is sending the history correctly, but when exchange responds with a 302 MOVED on port 5060 (which it does by design), the history disappears.
Can we move this thread to the Avaya Aura board (where it's more appropriate)? Or...
I have NCRD enabled on the sip route toward the session manager.
The odd thing is that aura messaging uses the same route and works just fine (Aura Messaging is attached to session manager)
