I am using the NEC PBX SL 1000 in my company. when we receive
calls in our trunk and the operator want be transferred to an internal extension, the call drops.
I ask for your support in order to resolve this issue.

When I make calls to the numbers the phone Foreign work well.
As I receive a call of External numbers and pass For the call center and are transferred to the internal extension Call drops.

the co-worker be able to receive the phone call after hours.
