We have UCD set up for an ICD group with 30 extensions in it. When a user puts a caller on hold it is making that extension available for other calls. Is there a way to set the system so this doesn't happen?
Have a customer who migrated from Analog lines to a PRI. Customer is complaining that they cannot hear their voice coming through the receiver. I have not been able to find a setting to enable sidetone. How can I do this?
