Would it be as simple as:
Lifting the handset/pressing intercom,
Press FWD / DND
Press "1"
Enter VM extension number {for this I had to use my second VM extension - i.e. 116 instead of 115, not sure why}
Press #, listen for confirmation tone
Hang up.
To cancel enter "0" for the extension...
Have them sharpen a pencil to write down where the message system goes once they enter that "5" prompt. I think it is fairly precise on the menu structure, but that gal doesn't waste any time listing prompts; after the list is read three times, it will automatically disconnect.
