I found the issue and everything is working. When I made changes, I was trying to run an EDD and was getting a BAD_DATA error every time I tried to save, and didn't think anything of it. So the switch was never saving my data. Apparently, the switch reset and I lost all my temporary configs...
So any idea on how to get the outbound call working? 9 + 2700 should route across SIP trunks to Session Manager. 9 = AC1 and 2700 is configured using SPN 2. Not sure where in the switch it's denying the access to those trunks based on what I've dialed.
