Random dropped calls on calls forwarded from TDE-200 with PRI
Seems to be just some calls. Have found out that when reception uses a preprogrammed button to forward callers to an external information line it more often than not drops at some point. Seems very similar to the Pairing issue. It is copper to the exchange as far as I know. How would you go...- hdaynard

Most users seem to say within the first couple of minutes. It is random and they don't always drop. But still trying to get users to log detailed info on drops. Been a challenge to say the least.- hdaynard

Hi All new to the Forum, We have a TDE-200 with PRI. Frustrating problem: Users who pair/call forward(clone) their phone to their mobile are getting a large number of dropped calls.
