    Thanks for the response. I will try recording it in the CCR tree. For now I just recorded a few second of silence on the Greeting so it would go away. It's just playing the old one now so at least it's not repeating messages.

    thread799-1678413 Help! This is related to a previous thread about Norstar auto attendant greetings. I've recorded a new AA greeting but when I call in the old one is playing right after. I went in to the tree and my new recording is in all the time slots. I can't find the old one anywhere...
