backup/restore solution supporting stripe raid
I found a solution, which was to use an LSI raid pci-e card and stripe the drives with that. Clonezilla the sees the raid array and can do a backup. -

sas to sata adaptor
I have an LSI logic SAS3042E-HP pci-e card, it has two sas ports on it but I want to connect a couple of sata drives to it. is there an adaptor that that can do this? I've seen several adaptors on ebay but it's hard to tell if any will work with this card. Thanks for any pointers. -

Can anyone recommend a backup solution - full image backup with bare metal recovery - that supports stripe raid? I have a sun x2100 server with two 70Gb WD raptor drives that are striped as one, running centos 6.5, so the machine thinks it has one 140Gb drive. I've worked a lot with clonezilla... -
seeking sun x2100 tools & drivers cd v1.8
as the title says, I have a sun x2100 m2 server and I need to update the BIOS. oracle are no use, they've screwed the links to original cd download and they want big bucks for support contract before they will allow a download. Does anyone know where I can download this v1.8 CD?
