I have a IPO500v2 r11.1.0.0.0 using J179 IP set over a VPN connection. They are claiming when they call a ZOOM meeting, they can't dial the Zoom Meeting access codes. Does anyone have any clue why this would happen?

So I was able to finally connect directly to the IPO Using the use web address under Configure my account (http://<server>/46xxsettings.txt). But now when I make a call, I have no RTP both ways. Any thoughts?

I set the password in Extension tab, User tab, and supervisor settings to: 135790. Does it need to be a stronger or longer password?

Jazz Wizzard thanks for your reply. No quarantined extension. So I should use "User name" (example: BLinxs) instead of "extension number"? Is it case sensitive? Which port do you suggest that will not conflict with IP office?

I have set up IX workplace to connect directly to the IP office with a FQDN <avaya.Domainname.com>. The app seems to connect, but when I enter the user credentials it gives me a message that the credentials are wrong. I have programmed the IPO per IX docs. Also, changed remote...
I have tried to setup the IX workplace without a SBC, is this possible and safe? I've setup the IPO and FQDN (http://avaya.<domainname>.com back to the IPO. It looks like it connects, but not able to login a user. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
