    When I do a F985 and show lines it asks if 61 and 62 are answered by AA. I will set them to "no" and the attendant will still pick up. Is there another setting in there I missed?

    Yeah, I set 61 and 62 to auto attendant answer "no". The auto attendant still answers. I thought it might be a module issue so I shut off auto answer on line 1 and it does the same thing (incorrectly answers the line). I only did that to single out if the problem was on the module lines or...

    yeah, 61 and 62 are both pots. When I do a feature *0 it shows the lines on the correct buttons. I'm using 7316e phones. I'm racking my brain trying to figure it out. I took out line 1 from the AA and put it to appear and ring to a phone and the auto attendant still answers even on that line...

    I put lines 61 and 62 in a new module. I set auto attendant answer to no on both. I set the 2 lines to appear and ring on a phone but the autoattendant still answers after 0 rings. Any idea on what I;m missing?
