We tested the exact scenario with a Bria:
register as a station (same user),
made an inbound call to Bria Client,
Bria initiates a transfer,
IPO handles the transfer correctly.
When IVR registers as the same user\station, make inbound call to IVR, IVR transfers the call, IPO responds...
