    Thanks for the help. I looked thru the manuals and didn't find any information about the recall timers or FWD to voice mail timer. Do you mean number of rings? I thought I knew these systems pretty good I guess not.

    When calling internally to extensions if the person doesn't answer the call will roll to their voice mail box. When calling in externally the caller can select a person from the voice mail tree if no answer at the extension it forwards back to the phone tree. I would like the callers to forward...
