    SV8100 going to hold instead of transfer

    Is this when you answer the inbound call and press transfer? To transfer a call you answer call, press transfer (puts call on hold) dial extension (intercom extension) then hang up. Transfer complete. Look in user manual for better details on how to transfer calls
