Seems like such a simple issues, however none of the manuals can explain it.
With everyone working from home a client is complaining that idle IP phones are showing "Log Off." Where can I find an explanation of this and where can I extend the timer or disable the log off feature completely...
I have two sites connected using a VPN and CCIS. Both systems were working just fine with the configuration as follows:
Site A (main site)
IPL64a 16 sip trunks
16 ccis channels
Site B (remote site)
IPL32a 0 sip trunks
16 ccis channels
We changed out site A (main site) voip card and replaced it...
Is this when you answer the inbound call and press transfer?
To transfer a call you answer call, press transfer (puts call on hold) dial extension (intercom extension) then hang up. Transfer complete. Look in user manual for better details on how to transfer calls
