I'm currently on R8.1, from what I can see most of the productivity integrations and LDAP user sync didn't come until R9. Just saying R10 since it is the latest release. Also being able to use sip with the mobile app for travelling employees is a big plus.

I do have some dead DLI ports and handsets, and I find the 9608 handsets more usable than the 1408s that we currently have.
One of my concerns is that I'm being told by the Avaya BP that my "older" (5 years)...
Also, if all the voicemails are being emailed to the same google apps domain, you can use aspmx.l.google.com without auth. This only works for the google apps domains, and only if the unit will be sending to only one domain.

Standard installation. FQDN is set. FQDN resolves to server. Can access OneX WebClient and Presence is working. Netstat -an doesn't show 5222 listening. Can telnet 8444. Thoughts? OneX mobile says "No XMPP Connection to Server". Thoughts? Thanks!
