    My mistake... this is an Nortel Option 81c controller card NT8D01BC. I'm thinking it's just the LEDs aren't working. Loop is working fine.

    this err tells about a far end dialing failure because of off hook or exceeding threshold. I know it's minor, but would this be caused from my trunks or other end. it just seems to not explain it well. err trk 238 34 1
