Thank you for taking the time to review our problem. I had the manager print the audit report and it basically shows that it wasn't the waiter's error. The waiter was blamed for printing check with out drinks on it, whereas the evidence showed that there was no such transfers. We are using aloha...- Chucks73

Our restaurant has been experiencing many problems with Aloha POS. It is an older version, maybe v6.4. Yesterday a server printed a check and the drinks did not print out but entrees did.
